Dot b and Paws b Courses

Dot b courses are for 12-17 year olds.
Paws b courses are for 6-11 year olds.

Dot b and Paws b are courses designed to engage young people’s minds and illustrate the advantages of stopping and being – hence (full) stop and paws (pause) be as their names. Mindfulness helps children develop a curiosity to how their emotions and reactions can develop automatically often without them noticing.

  • Reasons your child can benefit from mindfulness:
  • They are becoming overly anxious
  • They are finding shyness taking over where it needn’t
  • The pressure of exams and making constant progress is dominating their life more than it should
  • They are missing out on the good things in life and focussing more on the negatives.

But whatever the reason, mindfulness will provide your child with lifelong skills to be more curious of their inner life and how to work with and respond to it. Mindfulness can help them enjoy the good things in life by allowing them to develop awareness of what is happening while it is happening.
